Crew Member (Hourly)
In this role, the Crew Member champions Papa Murphy’s commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by being organized and by the book, with sanitation, food, and safety standards. Crew members also foster a welcoming environment, where every guest is special, all areas are neat, and all pizzas are the very best they can be.
Papa Murphy's Crew Members are expected to show up to work at the assigned time and be ready to perform their role wearing a clean and wrinkle-free uniform. Duties and responsibilities include prioritizing and completing tasks and adhering to Papa Murphy's store "performance standards."
Crew members also handle phone and online orders for guest pick-up, keep their assigned area neat, clean, and well-stocked, and perform all tasks assigned by their supervisor. Must be able to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping and mopping.
Front of House duties include:
- Master all stations, preparing pizzas, handling transactions, making menu suggestions to enhance guests' experience.

AM Prep team members at Papa Murphy's must also be willing to perform duties of a Front of House Crew member by answering phones, cashiering, or making pizzas, when needed.
