Additional job responsibilities include lifting boxes, carrying trays of pizza dough, carrying large cans of pizza sauce, and unloading bulk deliveries using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. Cases are usually lifted from the floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 high.

As a Domino’s Assistant Manager, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Know your strengths. If you get asked this question, tell them how you will benefit their business. They want to hear that you have good verbal communication skills, have a friendly and upbeat demeanor, and can give good customer service.

Tell them that you are a reliable worker who will show up to work on time for every scheduled shift. And, if you are interested in a long-term career with the company, definitely let them know because there is a lot of opportunity for advancement.
